Every month, our company will hold a monthly selection of outstanding employees. The selected employees will receive a mysterious prize and a red envelope. The monthly outstanding employee selection system aims to set an example through the evaluation of outstanding employees, motivate employees to continue to be proactive, learn from outstanding employees, create a good corporate culture, and establish an enterprising atmosphere.

This system applies to all employees of the company. As long as they have passed the probation period, they can participate in the selection. The selection criteria include work attitude, initiative, product output and quality, employees’ effective opinions and scrap rate. The Human Resources Department is responsible for formulating policies, guiding the selection work, and managing relevant files; the heads of each department are responsible for nomination and evaluation, and assist in related work.
